SHIPPING POLICY

Order Processing

All COSTA NOIR orders are prepared and dispatched from Germany.

Please allow 1–3 business days for your order to be prepared before dispatch. Processing times are separate from delivery times and may be slightly longer during high-demand periods or collection launches.

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation including tracking information.

Shipping Rates

Europe — €20
Outside Europe — €50

Complimentary shipping within Europe on orders over €150.

Shipping rates apply per order, regardless of the number of items purchased.

Delivery Times

Delivery times vary depending on the destination and carrier. Any delivery times provided are estimates and cannot be guaranteed.

Please note that delays caused by carriers, customs procedures or circumstances outside our control may occur.

Duties & Taxes

Orders shipped outside the European Union may be subject to import duties, taxes and customs fees upon arrival in the destination country.

These charges are not included in the product price or shipping fee and, where applicable, are the responsibility of the recipient. COSTA NOIR has no control over these charges, as they are determined by the relevant local authorities.
